Emma successfully leads our BMC team with a strong focus on safety, sustainability and collaboration. She brings more than twenty years of experience across the resources, oil and gas and energy sectors delivering complex project management and engineering outcomes. Emma's leadership is defined by accountability, operational excellence and a commitment to delivering long-term value for customers.

Branch Manager
With over twenty years' experience in site operations and construction leadership, Brett brings extensive expertise across energy, oil and gas, and infrastructure sectors. He leads the BMC Branch with a strong focus on performance and delivery, committed to achieving quality outcomes through safe, efficient and well-managed operations.
Chris Monteleone
Mechanical & Civil Manager
Chris leads BMC's mechanical and civil operations with a focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement. Having delivered complex projects across the power, resources, and oil and gas sectors for seventeen years, Chris brings strong expertise in operational planning, resource management and end-to-end project delivery.
Eric Barclay
Electrical Manager
Eric brings strong electrical expertise to his role as BMC's Electrical Manager, with almost twenty years of experience across construction, commissioning and maintenance projects. His collaborative leadership style ensures safe, efficient and cost-effective delivery across all electrical operational activities.
Darryl Soppe
Quality
Darryl is a highly experienced quality controller, welding inspector and supervisor with over 25 years' experience across major projects. His proactive, solutions-focused approach drives continuous improvement, and his strong understanding of industry codes and standards ensures quality is embedded at every stage of delivery.
Geoff Kyle
Health, Safety & Environment
Geoff brings more than 30 years of industry experience and HSE leadership to BMC. With a strong track record in developing safety management strategies that support safe, compliant, high-performing operations, Geoff is key in embedding BMC's safety culture and driving best-practice HSE outcomes.
Jason Giblett
Finance & Administration
With over 25 years of experience across financial management, project accounting and commercial reporting, Jason drives financial performance and compliance for BMC — aligning financial performance with operational outcomes and working collaboratively with operational leaders.
